Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 08/28/2026
Last Updated: 08/28/2026
Welcome to JustClickHelp.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by [Insert Legal Business Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About This Site
JustClickHelp.com provides general information about the in-home care services we offer. The Site is intended for informational and marketing purposes only. It does not currently offer, and is not designed for, any form of online purchasing, booking, payment, or other commercial transactions. No pricing information is published on the Site.
Ways to connect with us through the Site include:
- Email links to our team
- A chat/dialogue box for general inquiries
- Direct calls to one of our two published business phone numbers
Nothing submitted through these channels constitutes a binding order, contract, or confirmed engagement of services. Any actual care services are arranged and governed separately, typically through direct conversation, an in-home assessment, and a signed service agreement or care plan between you (or your authorized representative) and the Company.
2. No Medical or Professional Advice
Content on this Site — including descriptions of service types, general information, and any communications through the chat box or email — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, licensed caregiver, or other healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding any medical condition or care need, and in the case of an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Personal Health Information
If, in the course of contacting us (by chat, email, or phone), you share information about your own or a family member's health condition or care needs, that information may qualify as "personal health information" under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 ("PHIPA") if our organization or the relevant staff member is acting as a "health information custodian" under that Act. Where PHIPA applies, we handle that information in accordance with PHIPA's requirements in addition to this Site's Privacy Policy. Whether PHIPA applies depends on the specific services involved and is addressed more fully once a formal client relationship and service agreement are in place.
3. Services Subject to Change
The types of in-home care services described on the Site are for illustrative purposes and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific service listed is currently available, offered in your area, or will remain available in the future. Please contact us directly by phone, email, or chat to confirm current service offerings and availability.
4. No Pricing; No Offer to Contract
The Site does not list or quote prices for any services. Any general information provided is not an offer to contract, and no pricing, quote, or fee schedule discussed informally (including through the chat box, email, or phone) is binding until confirmed in a separate written service agreement signed by both parties. Should the Site begin offering online transactions in the future, such transactions would be subject to Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, including its rules for internet and remote agreements, and these Terms would be updated accordingly.
5. Use of the Site
By using the Site, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it;
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written consent;
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information through the chat box, email, or phone contact methods;
- Use the contact features (chat, email, phone) to transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or harassing communications.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
6. Communications Through the Site
When you contact us via email, the chat/dialogue box, or phone, you consent to receive responses from us using the contact information you provide. Standard message, data, or call rates from your carrier may apply. We make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time, and the chat box is not monitored 24/7 for emergencies.
Do not use the chat box, email, or non-emergency phone lines to report a medical emergency. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
If you provide your email address to us, we may send you commercial electronic messages (such as follow-up information about our services) only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL"). Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending such messages, identify ourselves in each message, and provide a working way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw consent to receive commercial electronic messages from us at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and the overall design and layout — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site (including service descriptions) is current, complete, or accurate at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Site does not process transactions, this limitation applies broadly to informational use of the Site, and does not affect any separately signed service agreement, which will contain its own terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Site (such as through the chat box or email). [Insert link to Privacy Policy once available.]
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Accessibility
We are committed to making the Site accessible to all visitors, consistent with the goals of Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 ("AODA") and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. If our organization meets the employee-count thresholds that trigger mandatory Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA compliance under AODA, we will work toward and maintain that standard; regardless of whether those thresholds apply to us, we aim to follow WCAG 2.0 AA as a best practice. If you experience difficulty accessing any content on the Site or require it in an alternate format, please contact us using the information in Section 17.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Disclaimer: This template has been drafted with Ontario, Canada in mind (including PHIPA, CASL, AODA, and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002) and does not constitute legal advice. Whether PHIPA applies to your organization specifically depends on the nature of the care services provided and is a fact-specific determination. We recommend having these Terms reviewed by a lawyer licensed in Ontario before publishing them on your live website, particularly to confirm your health-information-custodian status and finalize the [Insert Legal Business Name] and other bracketed details.
