Either by phone or e-meeting, we'll learn about your needs, preferences and timelines then recommend the services that fit your situation. Many clients benefit from combining services for more complete support so feel free to let us know everything.

Starting a session
Once you are content with our proposal you will be sent a documentation package as well as an electronic invoice option. We can also take your transaction by phone if it's easier*. This will then be placed into our network of PSWs whom have the skill set to fulfil your needs, and once confirmed, you will get your booking confirmation.
Receive Support
One of our capable PSWs will arrive at your supplied address and our system will confirm their arrival and the time.
* We require the transaction to create a booking. Rest assured if your session cannot be fulfilled you will be entitled for a full refund. If your session requires additional time, we add an additional invoice for the follow up amount.
